I’m excited to show you this model home in “The Island at Twenty Mile” section of the Nocatee housing development in Ponte Vedra Florida. I wrote about the first model tour we did and the community in general here in this post.
This is the” Victoria” model from CalAtlantic Homes at Nocatee. It has 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and a 4 car courtyard garage.
When you walk into this home you enter the most dramatic, spectacular foyer I have ever seen.
The above is what you see when you enter the home through the front door and below is the view upon entering the home from the back doors.
To the left of the foyer is the home office. I just love the rustic wood beamed ceiling and the black painted built ins.
To the right of the foyer is the formal dining room. Once again the ceiling is spectacular. I love the black and white color scheme with gold accents.
In the center of the home is the great room and kitchen. The stone fireplace gives the room the perfect amount of texture and the cathedral ceiling and large windows brightens and lightens the space up.
My favorite feature of the kitchen is the tile back splash. I think the way the tile was installed vertically is a brilliant idea and it gives the room beautiful sparkle.
My husband’s favorite feature of the home was the first floor game room. This is the first time I have seen a billiard room on the first floor and it is perfect for adult entertaining.
I loved this simple idea of a large shelf mounted on the wall with bar stools……A perfect solution for extra seating.
The pool and seating area in the backyard works wonderfully for large scale Florida entertaining.
The master bedroom is on the first floor…
The above closet in the master bedroom was amazing…
The laundry room is a dream. It’s located on the second floor which makes it so convenient. It’s got the cabinet and counter space of a small kitchen!
On a side note the above sock hanger is the cutest project and I will definitely be making it in the near future.
On the second level there is a bonus room that is surrounded by 4 bedrooms.
That about does it for this amazing home tour…I hope you enjoyed it and gained lots of ideas to use in your own home!
